Seal本名Sealhenry Samuel，父母親為奈及利亞移民，出生於倫敦，出生後由養父母撫養，4歲時重回生母懷抱。

    相隔四年，因為美國東西兩岸的幫派之爭，導致2 Pac和The Notorious B.I.G的身亡，有感而發譜出發人醒思之專輯「Human Being」，依然展現他那完美聲線及內斂滑順之曲調，成功再出擊！苦候五年，才又盼到第四張新作「IV」，空降全美流行榜與網路專輯榜雙料季軍，魅力仍舊不減！
